Chief Minister Launches 6 Web Portals Related to Departmental Works of the Revenue Department, Verified Khatauni Will Now Be Available via Mobile or Internet From Home

 

On Saturday, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami launched 6 web portals related to the departmental works of the Revenue Department by the Revenue Council at the Chief Minister’s residence in Dehradun. These include e-Bhulekh (updated version), Bhu-Naksha, Bhulekh Ansh, Bhu-Anumati, Agri Loan and e-Vasuli portal (e-RCS portal).

 

Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami said that in accordance with the vision of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, maximum convenience is being provided to the general public through science, IT and AI. He said that the launch of these web portals will provide great relief to the citizens, simplify their lives and they will not have to visit offices, which will also save time.

 

The Chief Minister said that the state government is working with the resolution of simplification, solution and disposal. The online availability of new services related to revenue under Digital India is a significant step. This will bring transparency to administrative tasks and citizens will be able to benefit from revenue-related services, including Khatauni, while sitting at home.

 

The Chief Minister said that among the services related to land records, especially Khatauni, instead of coming to the Tehsil office, it can now be obtained from home via mobile or internet as a verified copy by making an online payment. He said that the process of obtaining permission for land use/land work for industry and agricultural purposes in the state has been made fully online. Along with this, the facility to view the land map (cadastral map) in the public domain for free has been provided.

 

The Chief Minister said that the new version of the 6 web applications has been upgraded through modern techniques in accordance with the spirit of Digital India, the goals of Developed India and Developed Uttarakhand, and the demands of the time. This initiative will increase administrative transparency and citizen convenience, which will promote Ease of Living along with Ease of Doing Business.

 

It is noteworthy that under the e-Bhulekh portal, among the services related to land records, especially Khatauni, instead of coming to the Tehsil office, it can now be obtained from home via mobile or internet as a verified copy by paying the fixed fee online through a payment gateway. Previously, the general public had to come to the Tehsil to obtain a certified copy of Khatauni, which led to additional consumption of time and resources, whereas now this facility is fully available online.

 

Under the Bhulekh Ansh portal, a separate share-determined database of account holders and co-account holders registered in joint holdings and shared accounts in the state’s land records is being prepared, which will pave the way for the preparation of the Farmer Registry of the state’s farmers. In this process, the caste, gender and identification number of the account holders are also being collected in the land records, so that a consolidated database of land records can be prepared in the future.

 

Under the Bhu-Anumati portal, the process of obtaining permission for land use/land work for industry and agricultural purposes in the state has been made fully online. Through this portal, according to the land law, permission for purchasing land for industry in the state and for agriculture and horticulture in Haridwar and Udham Singh Nagar districts has been completely digitised.

 

Under the Agri-Loan portal, the process of obtaining permission for land use/work for industry and agricultural purposes in the state has been made fully online. The process for farmers to take loans from banks against their land for agriculture and agriculture-related activities has also been made completely online. Now the farmer or landowner can apply for a loan through the portal, and upon issuance of an NOC by the bank after loan repayment, the charge will automatically be removed.

 

Through the e-Vasuli portal, while making the revenue recovery process fully digital, banks or concerned departments will now be able to send cases for recovery from their defaulters to the Collector through online medium, in which every level of the entire recovery process can be tracked, and under the Bhu-Naksha portal, the facility to view the land map (cadastral map) in the public domain for free has been provided.

 

On this occasion, Chief Secretary Shri Anand Bardhan, Secretary Revenue Shri S.N. Pandey, Secretary and Commissioner Revenue Council Smt. Ranjana Rajguru, Additional Secretary Shri Anand Srivastava, Staff Officer Smt. Sonia Pant, Senior Director (IT) of NIC Shri Manish Walia, Shri Narendra Singh Negi, Joint Director (IT) Shri Chandan Bhakuni and District Magistrates from all district headquarters of the state, Divisional Commissioners and concerned officials from various Tehsils remained connected through video conferencing.
