Keeping the interests of corporation personnel in mind, the government has worked to address the manpower shortage through DA increases, implementation of the recommendations of the Seventh Pay Commission and new recruitment.

The Chief Minister stated that the government considers the Transport Corporation a “medium of service” and is committed to making it modern, self-reliant and people-oriented.
